Through the use of these tools, the same ones used in Executive Search, we are able to define in great detail, and in partnership with each client which skills are most valued for each position and assess whether they stand out in each potential candidate.

Our assessment solutions are based on two types:

Individual Assessments - We support our clients in the individual assessment of internal profiles for new positions.

Group Assessments - We recognize potential profiles for a position and create group dynamics in order to assess a pool of candidates - simultaneously, individually and in a group setting. Subsequently, we offer support in the assessment of each candidate and throughout the entire process up to the hiring stage.

This way, we help our clients to find the right person for each position, maximizing the value of each one for the successful execution of each organization's business strategy.
