Pedro Sousa Morais

Pedro began his professional career with the biggest player in Portugal in the Utilities industry, later moving to a consultancy role in the HR sector, where he was responsible for supporting human capital in the largest foreign bank in Portugal. He has been with Transsearch Portugal since 2017 and is responsible for processes within Industries: Financial Services, Life Sciences, Industry and Government, Education & Non Profit.
He has a degree in Human Resource Management from Laureates Universities, a Master's in International Strategic Management from ESCE International Business School (Paris) and BFSU (Beijing) and a Postgraduate degree in Talent and People Management from Nova School of Business and Economics. Fluent in Portuguese and English, and knowledgeable in Spanish. Pedro lived and studied in Brazil, France and Beijing.

Maria Carvalho
Senio Consultant
Maria’s experience spans working for a healthcare group with a huge representation in Portugal and an International Bank in London before starting her career in one of the largest consultancy firms in the world where she worked on projects of digital transformation and innovation in the Financial Industry. She is currently a consultant at Transsearch Portugal and is responsible for the recruitment processes of the Financial Services, Life Sciences and Industry sectors.
As for her educational path, Maria has a degree in Management from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and a Master's in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics. Maria easily adapts to multicultural environments due to her experience of living in three different continents.
